Storage: managing data with Dell
With the combined know-how from the EMC acquisition, Dell fully covers all segments of modern data storage. The system landscape is strategically divided into different storage architectures:
- Block storage (SAN/NAS): The systems PowerStore and PowerMax provide high-performance storage for databases and virtualization. While PowerStore serves the midrange area with NVMe flash as a unified storage solution (block & file), the Dell PowerMax is considered the most powerful all-flash array on the market.
