Pilot example: review a draft Input: approved, non-confidential meeting notes. Task: summarise outstanding points. Output: a draft checked against the original by a responsible person. Errors and rework are recorded.
Local AI

Prerequisites: suitable hardware, a defined dataset and responsibility for operation and updates. The pilot examines the model, data flows, output quality and workload, including integrations and telemetry.
What must be agreed before the pilot? A specific workflow, permitted data, responsible reviewers and criteria for assessing usefulness.
Does JITIS develop its own language model? The focus is selecting, integrating and evaluating existing solutions. Training a new model is not part of this initial service.
